Meet Speech Pathologist & Clinical Manager Gemma Palmer

Gemma is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist and the Clinical Manager at Village Therapy. Gemma’s passion for supporting her clients to live their most authentic lives so they can thrive embodies how she strives to build up her clinical team.

Gemma is a huge advocate for Neurodiversity Affirming Practice and works to support those in her team and the stakeholders who work with her clients to listen and reflect on neurodivergent needs so they can implement change in a neurotypical world.

Gemma graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Master of Speech Pathology. She previously completed a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology and Forensic Science) at Swinburne University of Technology. She is a lifelong learner and will always try to learn and change with new and emerging information – something she strives to support her team with as well.
